Technical Strength

Our company strives to build state of art automotive parts production line by importing more than 260 sets of machining centers in addition to more than 600 sets of digital controlled lathes, milling machine, and other machining equipment, which have an output of more than 380 sets of auto engine parts. Our company's production lines fully adopt the assembly line arrangement with 5 water pump & oil pump automatic assembly lines, 1 automatic spray paint line, imported vertical machining center, and imported horizontal machining center. 3 robotic arm full-automatic assembly lines are coming into service in year 2017. The major equipment is professional equipment from well-known national and foreign manufactures. Part of the working procedures are carried out by specialized equipment to reduce the turnover frequency of the material and the non-cutting time, as well as to increase the product quality and manufacture efficiency.
